I have to say I did not read the fine print because I thought I was dealing with the USPS online. This company charged my account $59.

and had listed a few useless things that they do to justify. This is one of the biggest scams I have ever heard of. So make sure that when you are changing your address, be on a legit USPS website. This makes no sense to me that they can continue to deceive the public in such a way.

Always read the fine print.Oh, and then they know when a call comes in what you are calling about, and they are so ready to issue a partial refund.

Review about: Changemyaddress Change Of Address.

Reason of review: Other issue.

Monetary Loss: $59.
